Office Assistant Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, great multi-tasker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and assisting with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Great phone customer service
-Considerable Data Entry with accuracy and completeness
- Coordinating projects with other departments
- Filing and organizing paperwork
- Assisting with general office duties as needed
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks, A/R, A/P a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
