Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
- Evaluate applicants to ensure proper job placement and alignment with client needs
- Maintain regular communication with employees and applicants throughout the hiring process
- Provide coaching, counseling, and support to assigned employees
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
- Effectively receive and apply constructive feedback
- Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Complete administrative and recruiting-related tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and compliance processes
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Strong customer service, administrative, and computer skills
- Typing speed of approximately 40-50 WPM
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities

- Previous staffing, recruiting, or workforce management experience
- Inside sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
