Responsibilities
- Meet with customers to identify vehicle service needs and provide recommendations
- Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and communicate updates effectively
- Educate customers on maintenance best practices and required services
- Collaborate with dealership staff to maintain a positive and professional work environment
Qualifications
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
