We are a South Jersey Area Dealership currently looking for an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to join our team and oversee our Service BDC operations! We offering a competitive base pay PLUS bonuses and full benefits. Previous BDC Manager experience is REQUIRED. Qualified applicants must be proven leaders with strong communication skills, exceptional computer skills, and have the ability to conduct business via telephone and internet (as well as train others to do so).

Responsibilities:
- Manage and cross train department staff
- Manage Internet Lead System in CRM, following Stellantis required guidelines for response time
- Manage Chat Program utilization
- Weekly reporting for management
- Liaison with banks, inspectors, transportation companies and customers for lease returns
- Email campaigns
- Monitor and update department processes as needed
- Monthly meetings with CRM Performance Manager
- Coaching sales associates on lead follow-up performance
