Automotive BDC Representative:
As part of our Business Development Center team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online inquiries. Your main goal will be to set appointments for our sales and service departments while providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and follow-up with leads.
- Schedule appointments for sales and service and coordinate with the respective departments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in an automotive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer applications and dealership management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
PAY:
- Hourly Plus bonus
- Bonus commission is based on performance and paid monthly
