Automotive Service BDC Representative
Location: Kia of Dartmouth – Dartmouth, MA
Compensation: $15 per hour Monthly Performance Bonuses
Are you outgoing, organized, and motivated by results? Kia of Dartmouth is looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our dynamic team!
As a key member of our Business Development Center, you’ll be the voice of our Service Department—helping customers schedule appointments, following up on recommended services, and ensuring every guest receives top-notch care.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments promptly and accurately
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding maintenance reminders or declined services
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Assist with service promotions, recall campaigns, and customer follow-ups
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented and dependable with a positive attitude
- Previous BDC, customer service, or automotive experience a plus (but not required)
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership systems
