Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and alignment with organizational goals
- Oversee daily clinical operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Assist with budgeting, staffing plans, and resource allocation for nursing services
- Support and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate staff education, training programs, and ongoing professional development
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and retention strategies
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Current RN license (State of [Insert State])
- Minimum 1–2 years of leadership experience as an ADON, Unit Manager, Infection Control or similar role
- Strong knowledge of long-term care/skilled nursing regulations and best practices
- Experience with staffing, scheduling, and team leadership
