Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

- Oversee staffing schedules, manage budgets related to nursing operations, and ensure resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.

Experience
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid license in PA.
- Proven management experience within a healthcare or hospital environment, preferably in a leadership role such as Nurse Manager or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within a clinical setting.
- Strong background in education administration or teaching roles related to nursing or healthcare disciplines.
- Experience working within university-affiliated healthcare facilities or academic medical centers is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational success.
