- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demands.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to coordinate procurement, inventory management, and logistics activities ensuring materials are available when needed.
- Utilize demand planning and forecasting techniques to anticipate future production needs and adjust schedules proactively.
- Manage inventory control and inventory management processes to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity across the production floor.
- Conduct regular reviews of production progress, identify bottlenecks or delays, and adjust plans accordingly to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of production schedules, inventory levels, and supply chain activities for audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment on production priorities.

- Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment; aerospace experience preferred.
