Position Overview
The Accounting Manager will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, support month-end close and financial reporting activities, and partner cross-functionally with leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This individual will play a key role in process improvement initiatives and helping the organization scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general accounting operations including month-end and year-end close
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Partner with leadership on financial analysis and operational initiatives
- Mentor and support accounting staff as needed
- Assist with ERP/system enhancements and process improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- CPA is not required, but strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
