We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial data. This is a full-time temporary position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Enter data for invoices and expense reports
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
Experience:
- Previous experience in accounting or finance role preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- QuickBooks Experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Note: 2 Years of Accounting and QuickBooks experience is required.
