What You'll Be Doing
As our Accountant, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of several business entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitoring cash flow and assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Managing intercompany transactions and reconciliations
- Partnering with outside accountants and auditors during tax preparation and annual audits
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls
- Providing financial insights that support strategic business decisions
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Three or more years of professional accounting experience
- Experience managing accounting for multiple companies or entities is a plus
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- CPA designation is a plus but not required
