What You'll Do:
- Oversee all daily operations of a busy restaurant: staffing, scheduling, inventory, food quality, and cleanliness
- Own P&L responsibilities — control costs (labor, food, etc.) while maximizing profitability and sales
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate a talented team to hit and exceed goals
- Ensure top-tier guest service, compliance with health/safety standards, and brand consistency
- Collaborate with multi-unit leadership to implement growth initiatives and operational improvements
- Step up as the on-site leader — hands-on role with real accountability and impact
What We're Looking For:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (Store Manager, General Manager, or equivalent)
- Proven success in high-volume casual dining, fast-casual, or similar environments
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention
- Solid understanding of P&L, cost controls, inventory management, and guest satisfaction metrics
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) required or obtainable quickly
- Energetic, positive attitude with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak hours
