Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages
- Perform variance analysis and support development of dashboards and KPIs
- Partner with operations to analyze cost of goods sold, inventory, and production performance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Support audit requests and maintain accurate documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2–3 years of accounting or finance experience
- Manufacturing or related industry experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, or similar) is a plus
