Senior Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a rock star General/Division Manager to manage the entire new production facility located in Pahrump, Nevada, about 50 miles outside of Las Vegas). Candidates should come from mass manufacturing that implements TPS Toyota's Production System, for example, so auto manufacturing could be a good example. You do not need to be super seasoned as we like to grow our team from the inside. So, if you have the core skills and the ability to learn quickly, we are open to chatting. We believe some of the best leaders are ones that row through learning from our team and their subordinates.

This facility will fall under your control and therefore you are responsible for the success of the facility. You will stand it up, get it running smoothly and then handle the operations. This includes but is not limited to using your experience in manufacturing and managing a production facility. You should possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to learn, and should be prepared to perform not only office work but also to work on the production floor and at construction sites.

Your first mission upon hire will be to hire the anchor team and get started! That team will consist of:

• Production Master
• Construction Inspector
• Service Engineer for Equipment Maintenance and Repair
• Construction Manager
• Production Manager

1. Production Master – Must have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and

managing production personnel. This person should have high standards for the quality of production work and a desire to learn. The individual should be open to new experiences while understanding the importance and significance of standards and executing them well.

2. Construction Inspector – Must have at least 5 years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. This person should have high standards for the quality of production or construction work and a desire to learn. Must be a professional in one of our specializations at the factory.

3. Service Engineer for Maintenance and Repair – Must have at least 5 years of experience in repairing and setting up CNC machines, as well as experience in repairing equipment and machinery, including construction equipment (optional). Should understand electronics and work with controllers. The candidate must prioritize the operation of machines and the continuity of the production line, being available at any time of day or night to resolve arising issues. Must possess hands-on skills.

4. Construction Manager – This person will coordinate the construction process and subcontractors for the initial construction work. Must have at least 7 years of experience in construction, particularly in horizontal work and pouring concrete slabs. Experience in other construction tasks is not mandatory. Experience in communicating with government agencies for obtaining permits and coordinating subcontractor work is required. This person should have high standards for the quality of construction work and a desire to learn, and should be prepared to perform not only office work but also work on the production floor and at construction sites. 5. Production Manager - At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing management (metal machining, CNC machines). Should have high standards for the quality of production work and a desire to learn, and should be prepared to perform not only office work but also work on the production floor and at construction sites.
