Key Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, footnotes, MD&A)
- Research and implement new accounting standards (rev rec, purchase price accounting, etc.)
- Partner with internal audit and cross-functional teams on controls and compliance
- Support ad hoc projects such as acquisitions, due diligence, and system/process improvements
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s a plus)
- CPA preferred or tracking
- 5 years of relevant experience (public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience required)
- Strong GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, and communication ability
Work Model
- Hybrid: Onsite 2 days per week for the first 2-3 months, then primarily remote (with occasional in-office needs as required)
Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
