Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning: Take full ownership of the financial planning cycle, including budget development, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee both daily and long-term cash flow to ensure the division's liquidity and financial stability.
- Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to analyze operational results and transform data into effective business strategies.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure full compliance with internal controls, audits, and all regulatory requirements.
- Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence and integration efforts for acquisitions.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement across all finance functions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to support executive decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, aligning their efforts with divisional goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior finance or accounting leadership role.
- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Experience with process improvement and a track record of implementing scalable financial systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with and present to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team.
- Prior experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
