Senior Accountant
Location: Marina Del Rey, CA (hybrid, 4x/week onsite)
Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 base bonus
About the Opportunity:
A high-growth, creative-driven company in the media and content space is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic organization with a multi-entity structure and strong momentum, where the accounting team plays a key role in supporting business decisions and scaling operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close process
- Prepare and review financial statements and internal reporting
- Manage account reconciliations and ensure accuracy across the general ledger
- Oversee accounts payable workflows and support cash-related processes
- Apply revenue recognition principles across multiple business lines
- Partner with internal teams to support operational and financial initiatives
- Assist with audit preparation and work closely with external auditors
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
What They’re Looking For:
- 3 years of accounting or audit experience
- Experience in media, entertainment, or production environments is a plus
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Comfortable working in a multi-entity environment
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems preferred
- CPA or progress toward certification is a plus
- Someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
