Summary
As a Customer Service Representative fluent in either French, Italian, German, Polish, Japanese, Croatian, Portuguese or Castilian Spanish you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and support. Your core skills in communication, data entry, and proficiency in English will enable you to effectively communicate on the phone. Positions are available for the following languages and shifts:
· Japanese ( 6am-2:30pm (first 6 months) with opportunity to go remote after 6 months based on performance- Remote hours might vary)
· Italian/ Polish/ German/ Portuguese/ Croatian (shift Monday - Friday starting as early as 4am 40 hours a week)
· Castilian Spanish(shift Monday - Friday starting as early as 4am 40 hours a week)

The 8 hour shift for the above languages are Monday – Friday starting as early as 4am.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, making outbound calls to request documents, analyzing documents for completeness, and light data entry. Minimum Qualifications:
- Bilingual speaker that is also fluent in English
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship or proof of your legal right to live and work in this country
- Lives within a reasonable commute distance of Morgan Hill, CA
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor
- Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors
- People-oriented - enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects
- Have excellent customer service skills and written skills
- Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers
- Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
