We are seeking an Entry Level Admin Support to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with the data entry tasks
- Act as liaison for customers, addressing urgent inquiries or update status
- Monitor the orders and send notifications to customers when orders are shipped.
- Draft and organize essential document for the sales team.
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiar with Quickbook enterprise or Quickbook online is a plus.
