What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at Confidential - Family Law Practice?
Minimum Requirements:
Three years experience working as a family law paralegal, including:
1) experience running child support and spousal maintenance calculations,
2) drafting discovery and disclosure,
3) managing client files and interacting with clients,
4) drafting commonly utilized family law forms and pleadings, and
5) tracking hourly billable hours.
All candidates should have excellent organizational skills, be familiar with standard computer software (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc), have experience drafting pleadings, experience tracking discovery and disclosure, be able to manage multiple calendars, and have superior communication skills.
Preferred candidates will also have:
Industry contacts and relationships in the Tucson metro area, the ability to speak Spanish, a Notary certification, familiarity with Apple technology, and an interest in helping the firm grow its business.

- This is an in-person position due to the nature of the responsibilities, the frequency of Court appearances, and the need to coordinate with other members of staff.
