Rafi Law Group is seeking an entry level Legal Assistant. Rafi Law Group is a successful personal injury law firm located in several offices within the valley.

Legal Assistants provide support to paralegals and attorneys in handling pre-litigation personal injury cases from the beginning to settlement.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively provide support to Paralegals and Attorneys.
- Create new files (electronic and paper).
- Submit/process personal injury claims with insurance companies.
- Request medical records, police reports, and perform other accident-related tasks.
- Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney.
- Maintain/update electronic and paper files.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in legal field
- Keen organization skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
