About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations analyst to work as part of a professional, entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities
- Settle and reconcile trades across multiple asset classes
- Assist the client services team with performance updates
- Reconcile client accounts daily
- Book trades in OMS (order management system)
- Monitor daily cash flows and manage trade affirmations and confirmations
- Monitor daily trade fails and discrepancies
- Collaborate with management to streamline workflows and enhance automation
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in financial operations
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
Required Skills
- Proficient in Excel, including vlookup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage WRAP accounts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Bloomberg AIM is a plus
- Knowledge of convertible securities is a plus
