The Senior Pricing Analyst is a key player in shaping the company's profitability and market position by developing and implementing strategic pricing models for manufactured products. Responsibilities

• Pricing Strategy & Analysis: Lead the development, analysis, and preparation of cost and pricing models for proposals and contracts, ensuring they align with company objectives and compliance requirements. Conduct detailed profitability and margin analysis to identify enhancement opportunities.
• Cost Analysis & Modeling: Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to gather and validate cost data, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and production expenses.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions and ensure competitive positioning.
• Proposal Management: Support the creation of comprehensive pricing proposals, including interpreting Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements and developing detailed cost narratives and financial documentation.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present detailed pricing reports, forecasts, and financial projections to senior management and cross-functional teams, articulating the rationale behind pricing decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to improve existing pricing tools, templates, and workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making processes.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPP - Certified Pricing Professional) is a plus.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a comparable role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs) is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with an ability to interpret complex data and extrapolate actionable insights.
• Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
