Financial Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of all GAAP-compliant statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of Senior Accountants, overseeing G/L, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliations for multiple portfolios.
• Establish and maintain internal financial controls; coordinate with external auditors to ensure full regulatory compliance.
• Continuously evaluate accounting software and operations to implement efficiencies and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in senior-level accounting or finance roles.
• Mastery of GAAP, bookkeeping principles, and advanced financial spreadsheet management.
• Proven ability to direct a team and manage confidential data with high ethical standards. Prior supervisory experience required.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a sharp aptitude for analytical problem-solving.
