We are working exclusively with a tier one global credit fund on a hire for their liquid credit team in New York.
The fund runs a top-ranked liquid credit strategy with multi-billion dollars in AUM, and has built a strong track record of consistent performance and steady growth across geographies. The New York office is a key part of their global expansion plans, and the investment team they have assembled over the past few years is genuinely impressive.
The role sits within the liquid credit strategy, focused on high yield bonds and leveraged loans investing for the funds CLO issuance. Day to day you would be generating investment ideas, contributing to the investment committee, and carrying out analysis and modelling across European bond and loan investments. There is also a meaningful portfolio management element, covering areas such as risk management and relative value, as well as the opportunity to play a real part in the continued growth of the New York office.
We are looking at candidates at the Associate or VP level from an investment or advisory background, including:
- CLO, high yield or leveraged loan investing
- Long/short credit
- Leveraged Finance
- HY or loan trading desk (analyst level)
- Restructuring advisory
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
