Fashion Stylist

Overview

We are seeking a client-focused Fashion Stylist to elevate the in-store experience by creating personalized, head-to-toe looks. This role is instrumental in driving sales through styling expertise, upselling, and cross-selling, while building strong client relationships and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Curate complete, head-to-toe outfits tailored to each client’s style, needs, and occasion
• Deliver a high-touch, personalized styling experience that reflects the brand’s identity
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell across all product categories to maximize sales opportunities
• Drive business growth by increasing average transaction value and units per transaction
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent follow-up and relationship management
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, seasonal trends, and new collections
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Support visual merchandising efforts to ensure styling inspiration is reflected on the sales floor

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail or personal styling preferred
• Strong sense of style with the ability to create versatile, fashion-forward looks
• Proven ability to drive sales through client engagement, upselling, and cross-selling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
