What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with the Founder to manage priorities, optimize workflow, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations
- Orchestrate complex scheduling and coordination across leadership, investors, clients, and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, research summaries, investor-facing communications, and strategic documents
- Track key initiatives and deliverables across the business, ensuring deadlines and moving pieces stay aligned
- Anticipate operational challenges before they arise and implement thoughtful, effective solutions
- Support high-level meetings, conferences, offsites, and special events with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as a representative of the firm and leadership team
- Assist with projects spanning investments, partnerships, operations, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts
- Help establish systems and infrastructure that create greater efficiency, organization, and scalability across the team
- Step confidently into a broad range of responsibilities with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
Who You Are
- Early-to-mid career professional with experience in finance, consulting, venture capital, startups, private equity, investment banking, executive support, or similarly rigorous environments
- Highly intelligent and exceptionally organized with strong follow-through and sound judgment

Compensation Location
Competitive compensation package includes a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 DOE plus bonus, fully paid healthcare benefits, and 401(k) match.
This role is based in Santa Monica with a hybrid schedule requiring approximately four days onsite weekly.
