The role will work closely with senior leadership on fundraising strategy, investor communications, conferences, and relationship management across both existing and prospective investors.
What You’ll Do
- Lead investor relations and fundraising initiatives across current and prospective investors
- Partner closely with leadership on fundraising strategy, investor meetings, and capital formation efforts
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, managers, founders, and strategic partners
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout diligence and fundraising processes
- Prepare and refine investor-facing materials including presentations, marketing collateral, investment memos, updates, and tear sheets
- Coordinate reporting timelines, follow-up items, investor communications, and fundraising deliverables
- Manage and organize pipelines, CRM systems, reporting calendars, and data room processes
- Drive preparation and execution for investor meetings, conferences, annual events, and strategic gatherings
- Anticipate upcoming priorities and ensure all external commitments are delivered with a high standard of quality and accuracy
- Operate comfortably across both strategic initiatives and detailed executional work
Who You Are
- 5 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, alternative asset management, private markets, investment banking, or similarly rigorous environments
- Experience managing investor relationships and supporting fundraising or capital formation efforts
- Strong communicator with sound judgment and professionalism
- Relationship-oriented with a thoughtful and polished approach
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and moving pieces simultaneously
- Strong writer with experience preparing polished investor-facing materials and presentations
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities evolve quickly
- Bachelor’s degree required
