Latitude is seeking an experienced corporate attorney with 10 years of mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, complex corporate governance, and general transactional experience to join a growing Los Angeles-based boutique firm as Partner or Counsel. The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing a team that handles a high volume of complex matters as the lead attorney. This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated boutique firm with a strong and collaborative culture and work on Big Law caliber deals without the internal pressure of building a book of business. A minimum of 10 years of experience working in the corporate practice group of an AmLaw 200 firm is required. While there is a preference for candidates residing in Southern California and who can go into the office occasionally, strong remote candidates will also be considered.

The salary range for this role is $300,000 to $500,000. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also provided

- 10 years of experience in M&A, venture capital, and complex corporate governance matters including complex LLC/joint venture matters with a strong preference for most of this experience to have been at an AmLaw 200 firm
- Ability to simultaneously manage 15-20 matters and team members handling the same
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence
