We are seeking a results-driven PPC Marketer to join a fast growing, performance focused team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to generate high-quality leads, optimize campaigns, and scale profitably not just manage ads.
Experience in lead generation is required, and experience in the health insurance / U65 space is strongly preferred.
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns
- Drive high quality inbound leads while maintaining target CPL
- Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and ROI
- Proven hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns
- Experience running PPC campaigns focused on lead generation
- Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads and/or Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
- Experience optimizing for CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adjust strategy quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $140,000
- Commission structure with strong upside
- Realistic earning potential: $160,000 – $200,000 based on performance
