Marketing Manager Job Description
Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Office Hours: 8:00am – 5pm (1hour Lunch)
*Also be available for boat shows that can sometimes happen over the weekends. *
Marketing Manager Skills and Qualifications:
· Marketing Degree or a high level of experience in Marketing Management
· Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions, and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
· Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
· Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees and clients
· Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
· Experience with creating/using segments, templates and lists on marketing platforms a plus
· Previous experience in/with the boating industry or on boats/yachts a plus
Examples of the Marketing Manager’s duties include but are not limited to the following:
· Manage the company website and make any updates necessary
· Create blog posts 2 x per month for the company website
· Creating Social Media campaigns 1-2 times per week on Facebook & Instagram
· Attend all local boat shows as a company representative.
· Creating professional looking brochures and presentations for sales, charter and management
· Coordinate and prepare Boat Show promotional materials
· Manage Company Mailchimp with broadcasts that go out almost daily
Candidates will use the platforms below but are not limited to the following:

· Figma
· Canva
· Photoshop
· Hubspot
