Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Coordinator role based in Independence, OH. The Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that promote the firm’s services to high-net-worth prospects, entrepreneurs and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating email and digital marketing initiatives, drafting and editing marketing materials, and assisting with the creation of presentations, client communications, and thought leadership content. The role will also involve supporting event planning and execution for client seminars, workshops, and networking events, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep client and prospect events on schedule. The Marketing Coordinator will help maintain brand consistency across channels, track basic campaign metrics, and contribute to continuous improvements in marketing processes. The Marketing Coordinator will be skillful in the CRM systems and ensure automations are set up appropriately. Additionally, they will be present at the front reception to greet in-office appointments.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging client-facing and internal materials.
- Experience with Sales support activities, such as preparing presentations, coordinating follow-up communications, and assisting with lead-nurture efforts.
- Event Planning capabilities, including coordinating logistics, managing invitations and registrations, and supporting on-site event execution.
- Project Management skills to organize multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CRM, social media), and strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in financial services or professional services marketing is beneficial but not required.
