We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine content creation, social media management, paid advertising, and budget management to help grow our brand, generate qualified leads, and drive measurable revenue growth.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build engaging content, grow audiences, manage paid campaigns, and turn marketing efforts into measurable business results.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content including short-form videos, graphics, photos, and written content
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with business goals
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend based on campaign performance and business objectives
- Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through paid social campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement, leads, conversions, and ROI
- Track key performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth
- Collaborate with leadership to create content supporting sales, recruiting, and brand awareness initiatives
- Stay current on social media trends, advertising strategies, and platform updates
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts
- Experience running Meta advertising campaigns
- Experience managing paid social advertising budgets
- Strong content creation and video editing skills
- Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies
- Understanding of key marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rate, engagement, and ROI
- Experience optimizing advertising spend to improve campaign performance and lead generation results
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media best practices
- Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented
- Experience generating leads and revenue through social media and paid advertising campaigns
- Experience managing and scaling Meta advertising budgets
- Experience marketing to U65 (Under 65) audiences is a plus
- Photography and videography experience
- Experience working with service-based businesses, insurance, or lead generation organizations
