Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outpatient multispecialty team. We provide care across Substance Use Treatment, Behavioral Health, Primary Care, and Wellness Services.

This is a fast-paced clinical environment requiring flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to respond effectively in high-stress situations. Candidates must be comfortable floating between multiple locations and assisting with staffing coverage needs.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document vital signs and patient assessments
• Administer medications and injections
• Perform IM and SQ injections
• Start IVs and monitor IV therapy
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Accurately document patient care
• Monitor patients and report concerns promptly
• Float between facilities as needed
• Assist with call-out coverage

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in outpatient, behavioral health, or primary care preferred
• Skills in injections, IV starts, and clinical documentation
