Front Desk Patient Coordinator/Aesthetic Sales will posses the following attributes: dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and goal-oriented. You will perform routine patient scheduling, administrative tasks, in addition to other tasks essential to keep the patient/provider flow smooth and in cohesion. You will also have the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses through upsell opportunities when available. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your esthetic portfolio with a highly established patient base.

This will be a multi-faceted role with great opportunity for growth. Positive energy is an absolute must! We are seeking someone who truly shines and exhibits beyond excellent customer service . Your goal is to ensure that the patient flow is continuous and smooth, schedule appointments for patients, perform normal administrative tasks, flip rooms for providers and an array of other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Excellent Customer Service
• Answer Phones
• Schedule and Reschedule patients
• Flip Treatment Rooms for Providers
• Display a Positive Mental Attitude at all times

Qualifications:

An active NC Esthetic License

Minimum of 1 Year of Experience as Licensed Medical Esthetician with a proven track record of Success

Drive and Determination to add in Practice Growth via providing Customized Facials, Dermaplaning, Waxing and Spray Tanning

Previous experience in sales and aesthetics industry

Superb customer service and conversational skills

Must be able to seek solutions, while remaining positive

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment team

Excellent Team Player who also works well independently

Driven to make bonuses and help office reach monthly sales goals

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
