Job Summary
We are a luxury boutique dental practice in Scottsdale built around exceptional patient care and a high standard of professionalism. We're looking for a Care Concierge to be the first voice, first impression, and operational backbone of our practice.
This is not a traditional front desk job. You'll be running the day: managing the schedule, leading the morning huddle, presenting treatment plans, handling financing conversations, and making sure every patient feels genuinely cared for from their first inquiry to their final follow-up.
What you'll be doing:
Answering and returning all calls, texts, and emails the same business day, with a response time under 15 minutes during business hours
Confirming appointments, preparing patient files, and making sure everything is ready before anyone walks through the door
Presenting treatment costs and payment options clearly and confidently - including Cherry financing
Checking patients out accurately, collecting deposits, and reconciling all transactions at the end of every day
Leading a short morning huddle each day to align the team on the schedule and priorities
Keeping the front of the office polished, calm, and photo-ready at all times
Flagging anything that needs the doctor's attention — and bringing a solution, not just a problem
What we're looking for:
Someone with a warm, professional communication style who stays calm under pressure
Strong attention to detail - accurate documentation and clean financial records matter here
Experience in a dental, medical, or luxury service environment is a plus
Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and holds themselves to a high standard without being told
Schedule:
Monday through Wednesday, 9am to 4pm. Thursday, 11am to 6pm. Fridays are determined weekly based on the doctor's schedule and will be communicated by Wednesday.
Pay and extras:
Performance bonuses available based on treatment plan conversion
Annual raise reviewed each January, with the intent to exceed inflation
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28.0 – 37.0 per week
