Daily Workflow:
» Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading both Spanish and English
» Ability to operate office equipment (computer, multi-line phone system, copier, and scanner)
» Familiarity with computer programs (Windows OS, Word, Outlook, Excel)
» Capacity to learn new skills quickly, manage multiple tasks, prioritize
deadlines, and report to multiple legal assistants
» Effectively able to communicate with clients in a professional manner and
interpret conversations between attorneys and Spanish-speaking clients
» Assist with case organization and administrative support
» Support attorneys and staff with day-to-day office operations
We’re Seeking:
» Minimum one year of previous customer service experience
» Prior experience working in an office setting or similar
» Prior experience in handling documents, including confidential or sensitive information in nature
» Prior experience interpreting for Spanish-speakers and translating documents from English to Spanish
» Strong organizational and time management skills
» Professional appearance and demeanor
» Ability to work efficiently under pressure
» Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Schedule:
» Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
