**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale data center engineering and design initiatives. This role is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects such as site investigations, development efforts, new facility design, and major utility infrastructure upgrades. The Project Manager ensures projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality and safety standards.
As the primary project lead, you will coordinate technical teams, manage resources, and maintain strong client and stakeholder communication. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to critical global digital infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assemble, lead, and manage multi-disciplinary project teams; align personnel and resources to project objectives.
- Define, track, and communicate project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop and manage project budgets; monitor costs and forecast financial performance.
- Secure internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Implement and monitor quality management plans and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and project teams to ensure alignment and progress.
- Maintain accurate and complete project documentation and records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and future opportunities.
- Coordinate contract negotiations and understand billing, invoicing, and contractual requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members on project management best practices.
- Ensure accurate project reporting, data integrity, and adherence to safety regulations.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; Associate degree with equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry with progressive responsibility.
- At least 2 years of industry-related project management experience, which may be concurrent with other project experience.
- Working knowledge of engineering and design terminology, contracts, financial management, and operational practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
