Operation Site Leader
Location: Orange, CA 92867
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Operations Site Leader will oversee all aspects of site operations including production, quality, and supply chain. They will lead the manufacturing site functions within budget and output targets to meet customer requirements and standards. This individual will be fully accountable for ensuring safety, customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. They will also be responsible for developing a motivated team and implementing continuous improvement.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
- Effectively manage production targets while minimizing costs
- Maintain best-working practices and drive process improvements
- Manage plant production, financial performance, staffing, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
- Develop and execute CAPEX plan
- Manage and lead a high performing manufacturing team
- Set department objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance
- Provide technical expertise to the team
- Promote high standards through personal example
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 10 years of manufacturing experience
- 5 years of manufacturing plant leadership experience
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in the sealing industry preferred
- Experience with CNC Machining and clean room operations preferred
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Office – On Site
Travel - Less than 10%
