In This Role, You Will
- Talk with new and existing business customers in both English and Spanish
- Recommend AT&T products and telecommunications solutions based on each customer's needs
- Build strong customer relationships through clear, professional communication
- Present solutions and answer customer questions with confidence
- Guide customers from first contact through the full sales process
- Follow up with prospects and existing customers to create new sales opportunities
- Track customer interactions and sales activity
- Work with the team to reach individual and team sales goals
The Ideal Candidate
You don't need years of experience to get started. We're looking for someone who is:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable switching between both languages with customers
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused
- Goal-driven and accountable
- Able to manage several customer conversations and priorities at once

- Sales, customer service, or telecom experience is a plus, but not required
