Sr. Desktop Support Technician
📍 Seattle, WA (5 days onsite – South Lake Union area)
💲 $100–110k/year benefits, 1 month PTO, holidays, 401(k), etc.
🕒 Monday–Friday (7-4 or 8–5 or 9–6)
We’re hiring a Sr. Desktop Support Technician to support a tight-knit Denver office of ~100 end users. You’ll work alongside one other Desktop Technician in a highly collaborative, service-driven environment that values professionalism and culture fit just as much as technical skills.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands-on desktop support (hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, AV, etc.)
- Troubleshoot issues and manage tickets across Windows environments
- Use ServiceNow ticketing system
- Support office moves, new hires, and conference room technology
- Assist with video conferencing, wireless connectivity, and day-to-day IT operations
- Partner closely with internal teams to deliver a high-touch support experience
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of desktop/IT support experience
- Strong Windows (10/11) and Microsoft Office troubleshooting skills
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, and basic networking
- Professional, customer-service mindset (critical for this team)
- Comfortable working onsite and supporting users in a fast-paced office
