We are seeking an experienced D2C Recommerce & Site Merchandiser to support a growing direct-to-consumer business focused on delivering exceptional ecommerce and recommerce experiences. This individual will play a key role in driving merchandising strategy, optimizing site performance, managing product setup and catalog execution, and partnering cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey.
What You'll Do- Drive seasonal merchandising strategies to maximize revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Manage site merchandising across categories, search results, filters, and content placements to improve product discoverability.
- Execute end-to-end product setup, catalog management, imagery coordination, and quality assurance for product launches.
- Analyze sales performance, web metrics, inventory trends, and customer insights to identify optimization opportunities.
- Support inventory forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory health management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, CRM, supply chain, and analytics teams to execute merchandising initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and marketplace insights to support innovation and growth.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
- 4 years of merchandising, retail, or related industry experience.
- 1 year of ecommerce experience.
- Experience within apparel, retail, consumer products, or a similar industry
- Experience with Shopify Plus and ecommerce merchandising platforms preferred.
- Familiarity with website analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail metrics and merchandising performance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resale or recommerce experience is a plus.
- A strategic thinker who can also execute at a tactical level.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who can build strong cross-functional relationships and influence stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a proactive mindset and passion for ecommerce, merchandising, and customer experience.
