What are the responsibilities and job description for the Documentation Specialist position at ConeCraft LLC?
SUMMARY: The Document Specialist 3 is responsible for collecting data, gathering and reviewing documents to produce documentation packets prepared per the codes and standards of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as well as other documentation packages for customers in regulated industries. High level of accuracy required.
• Collect data such as (but not limited to) heat numbers, pallet numbers and part numbers.
• Gather, review and organize reports, certificates, manuals and documents such as but not limited to: Certificates of Conformity, Certificates of Inspection, Material Certificates, Test Certificates, Inspection Certificates and Material lists.
• Generate & distribute inspection forms and checklists for multiple projects
• Ensure recorded information is complete and meets specifications
• Follow procedures to maintain material traceability
• Help design and develop processes to streamline functionality of workload
• Scan & file project records as required
• Have regular communication with clients and documentation teams
• Perform administrative duties as required
• Develop, enhance, and implement internal controls policies and procedures.
• Perform overflow receptionist duties as needed
• Other duties as assigned
