Technical Documentation Specialist
Support manufacturing and quality teams by preparing, scanning, controlling, and retrieving Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) in a regulated (GxP) environment. Ensure document accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and scan MBRs; ensure completeness, quality, and proper file naming
- Manage electronic and physical records; retrieve documents for internal teams
- Track document requests and maintain chain-of-custody
- Follow GxP/GDP and SOP requirements
- Support audits and inspections
- Maintain organized physical archives
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- 1–3 years of document control, records management, or manufacturing experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scanning systems
- Familiarity with GxP/GDP environments
- SAP experience is a plus
