Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning efficiently. Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, water testing, and chemical balancing to ensure optimal water quality.
- Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators.
- Conduct equipment repairs or replacements using hand tools and power tools as needed(training will be provided).
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation of new pool systems and upgrades.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience as a service technician or pool maintenance preferred not required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment or willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license is required to drive company truck.
- Prior experience with equipment repair or maintenance is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
