We are now seeking an Administrative Support Supervisor.
Duties and Responsibilities
- 5 years of customer service experience
- At least 2 years of project management or leadership experience
- Proficient in Excel and general accounting principles
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports including RFPs
- Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of department, such as records and information management, procedures, policies, and other office support services.
- Supervise the work of office, administrative, or customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, correcting errors, or problem.
- Maintains and updates written work processes and procedures for department
