Position: Project Manager
Location: Cypress, CA (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Pay: $70 to $75/hour (Depending on experience)

Conde Group is seeking a Project Manager to support large-scale technology programs for its critical infrastructure client base. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing infrastructure system projects in highly regulated industrial environments. The PM will serve as the primary point of coordination between the engineering, field operations, OEM partners, and working with sales organization to deliver outstanding program delivery and client experiences.
The Project Manager will oversee all phases of assigned projects, including planning, estimating, design, installation, commissioning, turnover, and warranty, while serving as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects (surveillance, access control, advanced sensor technologies, and software platforms & related infrastructure).
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
- Integrate with sales and project ideation process to align client expectations with project workplans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, field services, and quality.
- Facilitate end-client meetings, status reporting, and executive-level communications with SCE Manage scope, change control, and milestone billing in accordance with contract requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, safety requirements, and operational governance.
- Drive disciplined execution, documentation, and close-out in a multi-project program environment.
- 5 years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or systems integration or electrical contracting construction.
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Familiarity with regulated or critical-infrastructure environments (utilities, transportation, government, airports, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency with standard PM tools and methodologies (PMI-based, Agile/Hybrid acceptable) MS Project, Excel, and Word.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Lean Six Sigma. Certified Construction Management (CCM) Large integrator, or enterprise PMO experience.
