This role will coordinate project business activities, maintain dashboards and reporting, and manage client communications to ensure smooth program operations and strong stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and capable of communicating with stakeholders in a professional, patient, and empathetic manner by phone and email. The Project Management Analyst plays a key role in maintaining project visibility, responsiveness, and alignment with client expectations and will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Job Description
- Track project activities, milestones, and deliverables to support program execution.
- Maintain project trackers, documentation, and reporting tools.
- Manage the project third-party software dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status updates to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage and monitor the project client email inbox, responding to inquiries and routing requests appropriately.
- Communicate with client employees and stakeholders in a professional, responsive, and service-oriented manner.
- Act in the best interest of the client, understanding expectations and helping ensure successful delivery.
- Support project performance by tracking issues, coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining visibility into program activities.
- Experience supporting project teams, program operations, or client service environments.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with PowerBI highly desired.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
