Role Description
Concrete Protection & Restoration is seeking a full-time Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager for an on-site role based in Baltimore, MD for projects in the Baltimore and Washington DC/Northern Virginia metro areas. The selected individual will oversee all aspects of project planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensure projects are executed to the highest quality standards. Additional responsibilities include managing logistics and ensuring compliance with safety and project requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in project management and experience overseeing the successful execution of various types of projects
- Experience with MS Project to maintain project timelines and prioritize efficiency
- Experience conducting inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Strong understanding of logistics management for efficient resource allocation and project planning
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus
- Familiarity with concrete restoration or construction industry experience is advantageous
